IVF Protocol
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is a procedure in which a woman’s eggs are retrieved before ovulation and fertilized artificially in a laboratory. After fertilization, the embryo is transferred into the uterus. IVF is used to treat both female and male infertility.
Required Examinations:
Hormonal Testing – To assess reproductive hormone levels.
Autoimmune Analysis – To identify possible implantation issues and causes of recurrent pregnancy loss.
General Health Checkup – Pre-anesthesia assessment, urine analysis, and sperm analysis (spermogram).
HYCOSY (Hysterosalpingo-Contrast Sonography) – To evaluate fallopian tube patency and uterine health.
Ovarian Stimulation – Medication-induced follicle growth monitoring through folliculometry.
Procedure Steps:
Controlled Ovarian Stimulation – Hormonal medications to stimulate egg production.
Egg Retrieval – Eggs are collected through a minor surgical procedure.
Embryo Cultivation – High-quality embryo growth under optimal laboratory conditions.
Additional Techniques (if necessary) – PIXIE, ICSI, Assisted Hatching, Embryo Glue.
Embryo Transfer – Selected embryos are placed into the uterus.
Luteal Support Therapy – Medications to support implantation before the first HCG test.
Important Notes:
Patients must visit the clinic on Day 2-3 of the menstrual cycle to begin treatment.
Cost:
5,000,000 – 6,000,000 KRW (Full IVF protocol)
